How Autom84You Runs Itself — And How Your Business Can Too

Here's something worth knowing before you read any further: the website you're reading this on is the product.

Not a demo site. Not a portfolio of things I could build. The actual autom84you.com — this blog, the chatbot on the homepage, the daily posts that show up on Instagram, the QR code tracker at links.autom84you.com, the AI video tool at veo.autom84you.com — all of it runs itself while I'm out getting coffee or picking up groceries. I built every piece. I still answer my own phone (408-394-4605) and reply to my own emails. And every tool you see is something I can build for your business.

The human behind the automation

My name is Rishi Patel. I've been writing code for over 20 years. I'm one guy working out of Sunnyvale, not an agency and not a team.

The reason I'm able to take on small businesses as clients — the kind who can't stomach a $15,000 agency invoice — is because I built my own tools to handle all the repetitive stuff. That frees me up to actually sit with a client, understand their business, and build something that fits. Automation lets me focus on the work that matters. It's trained on the actual business, not a generic FAQ, so it can have a real conversation instead of spitting out a support page link. If someone hits me up at 11pm on a Sunday, they still get a useful answer.

QR code marketing at links.autom84you.com. Clients can create a QR code for a flier, mail campaign, menu, or business card — and then see how many people scanned it, where, and when. They can also change where the QR code points to after it's been printed. (That's the big one. Print a flier, realize you linked to the wrong page, and just change the destination online. The printed QR still works.)

An AI video generator at veo.autom84you.com. Type a description of the video you want. Get a polished short video back. Useful for social media, ads, product shots, anything where you'd normally hire a videographer for a quick spot.

Even the email that might have brought you here. Outreach emails to local small businesses? That's running on a system I built too. Designed to never spam, always personal, and easy to turn off.
